Monday blues (not)

I'm having a meatless Monday (as usual) however I will be oven baking leg of lamb my husband got as a little gift in West Sussex.
Thank you Peter - you provided my family for 3 days worth of dinners :)
For me just a simple fig and papaya salad with goats cheese.
