Bit of both
We've collected so much apples yesterday and gave away over half to friends and neighbours.
Form what is left I made a quick apple sauce with exotic spices and used for Vegan Strawberry & Apple Galette. Vegan only because I had some vegan block to use and it was a perfect combination for coconut flour and coconut sugar crumble I have made.

Al already had huge chunk for his breakfast and some will definitively go to our elderly friend Krystyna. She is 85 and my husband is going to visit her with such a sweet surprise.
We found many mushrooms yesterday too and I'm turning it into delicious garlicky sauce for dinner later.
