Paint advert, car advert, television advert?

All spring to mind but, actually, it's the La Boca district of Buenos Aires. Originally, the "low cost" housing was painted by the residents using scrounged paint from ships arriving in port - hence the multi colours. Now, of course, it's very much a tourist attraction and, aside from enjoying the colourful decor, a nice place to people watch.
