London (briefly)

I am always excited to be back in London but today's visit was a brief encounter. Off the train at Euston, onto the tube, out at London Bridge and onto the train to Uckfield. It's grey and drizzly here and everyone on the train seems to be sniffing or coughing...

I have been reading an interesting book about Natural Navigation. The first chapter talks about how we can use all our senses to discover where we are. I have decided that I rarely use my sense of smell, so am trying to increase my appreciation of the smell of my surroundings. Not sure that London is a good place to start.
