Mrs Parma's

Another visit to the city of Melbourne today. We had a walk through Chinatown as it was the start of the Chinese New Year yesterday (year of the snake). We were treated to a Chinese Dragon dance (think of it as two men in a pantomime horse/dragon), which was very energetic and incredibly noisy.

For lunch we visited Mrs Parma's All Victorian Beer Bar. Mrs. Parma's is Melbourne's first and only Bar/Bistro specialising in Parmagiana's and Victorian micro brewery beers. Two things to note here 1) Victorian refers to the state of Victoria not the period of British history, 2) a parmagiana is a flattened, breaded chicken piece covered in cheese, tomato and lots of other good stuff.

If you can't read Mrs Parma's beer quote, it says "It takes only one drink to get me drunk. The trouble is, I can't remember if its the thirteenth or fourteenth."
