On Your Toes

Woke up to see the central heating had clicked on.
Also saw it was raining stair rods.
Set of for an early appointment at the doctor’s surgery for a routine blood test.
Set off walking but remembered l had forgotten my face mask so rushed back home to get one and decided to drive there instead.
Had to turn up at the exact time of my appointment and wait outside until l was allowed to go in.
All very quick once inside and l asked the nurse to check some insect bites on my back that l couldn’t see very well to check there wasn’t a tick bite.
Met Elaine in Otley and after l had done some banking we went for a bit of lunch and a good catch up.
When l got home l heard from my son that from next Wednesday Wharfedale and Luddendenfoot will be lifted out of the further restrictions that were imposed on my area. three weeks ago.
Means l can go see them again .
Will be extra exciting because they have a a new puppy that l so want to meet.
Rebecca home from holiday so l ‘m just packing to go to Skipton .
