Braving the Weather

A truly awful wet day. I was contacted by the Library who had found a photo memory card in the book I returned. Not a clue how it got there but glad to get it back. They commented that it was surprising what they came across inside books. 

Struggled to get motivated to take Jet out. In the end we opted for Dalby. We donned the waterproofs and had a short walk with a rather unenthusiastic Jet who after a first rush of activity trudged along at our side. On the last leg we were caught out by these Segway riders. Think I would rather walk in the rain than stand on one of these but each to his own. I suppose the problem of pre booking is you have to go with whatever the weather is on the day.
