Opening Up

This zinnia was just starting to open its petals......I thought it would make a nice abstract.

The days started out pain free but I lifted something and "wowser" ......every nerve or muscle in my hip lit up and I have not gotten back to where I was feeling earlier today.....darn. I hope if I continue to be careful I will get relief again. 

Ellie called me today on Messenger and we had a really fun conversation....she is so funny with her wild imagination.
