Another day eating cake!
This time we got together with Kipsie to celebrate her birthday.
Nicky hosted and also produced delicious homemade cheese scones followed by a chocolate and courgette cake. Group photo in extras.
Thanks to Kipsie’s green fingers we have all been given some produce from her allotment- peppers, tomatoes, courgettes and more. Also a bottle each of home made spicy sauce.

Nicky lost her old dog Ella earlier in the year. At 18 years old she had had a very good innings.
In recent weeks Nicky has looked for another dog, settling on a cavapoo or cockerpoo.
Suddenly, completely out of the blue, another close friend of hers told her of an adult poodle that was being rehomed
That was four weeks ago and now Monty is very much part of the family.
I’ve met him before but not taken his photo.
He is a delight and everything that Nicky wanted.
As The Broon was keen to see my haircut yesterday I’ve included myself. Monty’s the one with the Kevin Keegan perm!
