Calm after the storm

Craigenroan rock was towards the  end of today’s coastal walk towards our lunch destination. We heard before we saw the colony of seals basking on the lee side of the rock enjoying the calm seas after yesterday’s storm. Lunch was well worth the walk, Cullen Skink followed by coffee and Victoria Sponge walked off by the return journey and a little rock  scrambling on route. The extra is a wee poser which I think is a Stone Chat sitting on a Rock at the side of the path.
