Lamb

Another cooking blip. Bought this from my butcher the other day (boned shoulder of lamb) with the intention of stuffing and rolling it. Realised that it was WAY too big to feed just 3 of us, so that was a perfect excuse to invite some friends round to share it. So, stuffed shoulder of lamb, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, roast carrots, sauteed cabbage and broccoli, served with homemade mint sauce and some very nice red wine. Dessert followed (courtesy of our guests) - choice of bakewell tart or apple crumble and custard. Delicious. Coffee, good chat and a nice relaxing afternoon - perfect way to spend a Sunday.
