Bread crazy

Vikram has gone bread crazy. Making all sorts of new recipes out of the New York Times mainly.  This is a kind of ongoing sourdough.  Very chewy and delicious.   House valuer came, seemed OK with the details. Lots of documents requested from the mortgage broker so luckily I was in the house today.  Vik picked me up and we got back to the cottage in the blustery evening.  Feels so autumnal already although this time last year we were still in glorious summer.
