Chilli man

Blasted by Ellen, (so yesterday) Frances, not as bad as other parts of the country I’m sure. Hope everyone is OK? Plenty of time to catch up with tasks that have been hanging around while we did other things.

One task eluded me as our flights to California in September have been cancelled. We’d like a refund. You try and get a refund from BA. They’ll give you a voucher or double avios on line and ask to ring them for a refund. Each time you do and you get to the end of menu system they say they’re busy, tell you to ring back later then cut you off.

My chillies this are the best for a long time as I’ve cracked keeping them in small pots and watering and feeding regularly. I also learned this week that the chillies should be picked as soon as they’re red else it stops further growth. There were just enough to make a blip. Plenty more on the plants.

We did manage to get out for a windswept walk around the locality then Susan went up to her mum’s again as we’ve friends coming tomorrow when she would usually go. First time we will have anyone in the house since I can’t remember when!
