Wansfell

High up on Wansfell are these rather attractive peaty watering holes.

Taking advantage of the sunny dry day , a 10km walk over Wansfell (view from the top towards Kirkstone Pass in extras) to collect a geocache then a evening swim/picnic in Beacon Tarn with the girls. Sunset in extras, spot the wild camper.  24,123 steps. 
Shared a car  with a non family member to get to Beacon Tarn, we wore face masks as per the rules.  I was driving, glasses steamed up terribly on the way back, even with putting glasses over mask, because we were damp. I have good long distance sight , it was the glasses or the mask.
