Its been a while since I've seen a good sunset, so couldn't resist blipping this one from Bowness on Solway as think it will be a while before I see another if the forecast is correct.  

Its been a gorgeous day today, blue sky and sunshine all day long!!  Walked Misty at Bassenthwaite where she did lots of swimming. One in extras.  Had to be home by lunchtime as the guy who sorted my gutter was doing another little job for me.  Got home to some very sad news.... made me cry :)  am welling up now just writing this.... remember the foal I've blipped a few times.. well he's been put to sleep as he had a hernia operation and there were post op complications.  So very sad.  He was so lovely and affectionate.
