Danny the Showman

A mixed bag day, but it’s ended well. We spent aaaages waiting in the hot car for Danny to drop some books off for one of the guys in prison. Our AC has packed up and there were dragon flies outside which were freaking Nate out, so we had to swelter in the shut up car, ha!
A walk around the artesanal market in the Port tonight, realised (Danny noticed!) that I had a relatively large hole in the back of my dress ha! I’d been going round all day like that - and in body coloured underwear, even worse!!!

Today I’m grateful for;
1) A youth group in Belfast doing a sponsored sleep out last night to raise money for the homeless - they’ve raised 850€ so far! We’ll have to pray about whether it just goes on the usual stuff or something out of the ordinary that we might not have thought/know about yet.
What a brilliant group of young people!
2) An early anniversary gift from Danny!
3) A tidy and peaceful flat.
