Late Summer

This was a quick snap, but I like the resultant image. It’s very late summer in the hedgerows. I need to learn a bit more about umbellifers, no idea which one this is.

A day of rain, generally grey skies, and strong winds. There must be a bank holiday on the horizon.

In the light of the weather, I had a read of the Planning White paper and associated documents this morning. To say that there has been a lot of change immediately or pending since my retirement 7 weeks ago is one big understatement.
