Cafe seems to be quieter now there are more options open to people but there are a few regulars who appreciate the change so we'll carry on for now.
Another sitting-in-the-garden afternoon, this time with my knitting, and a few wee jobs - and my first tomato is just about ready.
Mr Rat was meeting some friends for a run at the Riverside Nature Park so I went along and had a walk. Some nice seed heads, including this thistle whose seeds weren't being very successful at escaping.
(The men were doing a training session and soon got very spread out)
My knee is very much better but I'm still treating it kindly
