Artistic Choice

That's what I'd like to think drove my decision to colour only two flowers.  It really wasn't because I couldn't be bothered to mask all the flowers visible, no siree! 

I am rather drawn to this house; it's probably about 200 years old, built of traditional Cambridge Yellows (as is our house) and set back slightly from the street with enough space in the front garden for a couple of flowerbeds.  And today, in the rain, these flowers were inviting photographs . . .
