An afternoon read

This morning we headed back to the bike trail, and I managed to do 20 miles return. When we got back, I enjoyed an ice coffee out on the patio, while reading my book The Dutch House by Anna Patchett. The feeders were somewhat monopolized by a Starling family, though we did get to see a woodpecker and cardinals as you can see in my extra collage. It was quite interesting watching the juvenile starlings however, with their adult plumage just coming in, and their boisterous behavior already very apparent!
