Laying low today with dvds to catch up on (The Words, with Bradley Cooper and a very ancient looking Jeremy Irons and Prometheus -prequel to Aliens?), a swim and long icy drinks.
This the current fave and a different take on a soda, lime and bitters..... fresh lime and pomegranate molasses poured over ice and mixed with soda.
The molasses sticks to the cubes like liquid chocolate and tastes bitter sweet. Incredibly refreshing and thirst quenching.

I hear talk of a heatwave, I thought we had already been in one for weeks!
