a day of beaches
The weather caught us out again. We went out in warm walking gear, so the sun came out and the temperature was 6*C above forecast, we needed shorts. No complaints from us though we strolled 4 different beaches deciding to start in an area we hadn't been before, south of Brid. The blip is the first beach visited at Mappleton, as you can see there has been no problem social distancing. In extra I posted the last beach at Thornwick Bay, an old favourite of ours. Whilst on Thornwicks cliffs we also watched a kestrel from above, as you can see it gives an unusual camouflaged angle.
Tired out by the wonderful sea air we returned to our cottage in Bempton and again ate in.
