Bit wet

Well actually an awful lot or rain! There was a yellow warning of thunder storms and very heavy rain and I think we got it all in the space of about an hour.

The back garden flooded, the road was like a fast moving stream on both sides, the lean to between the house and garage leaked. Poor Pickle was out with the dog walker and returned soaking wet and rather cross - he hates rain (Pickle that is, the dog walker was still cheerful!)

The girls were the opposite, they put their wellies on and had a lovely time in the garden with jugs and buckets! No damage done and all soaked in now. Got me thinking when we re do the patio next year we should think about directing thebwater away from the house and a soak away.
