Emmarentia Botanical Gardens

After our usual wander with Shiv we headed to the other botanical garden close to us for a good stretch of the legs.

The heads normally have water flowing from their mouths into a set of different fountains that you can walk through on big stepping stones. The pug with a family close by stepped on one and immediately froze and had to be carried the rest of the way.

We stood for a while watching the various groups of dogs loving the water. The lady in the last pic didn’t like it so much when she took a tumble in while trying to retrieve one of the frisbees they were throwing for the dogs. Her squeal confirmed it was a tad cold. The dogs didn’t seem to mind though.
