The Storm Arrived

We have had all manner of small droplets of rain over the last three days but the predicted storm finally arrived this evening.

We went for a walk along the canal this afternoon (see extra) in light drizzle and it was so cooling in the humid warmth.

It got to 24c today warmer than the last three days. It’s still 26C inside my flat from last week’s heat wave.
Cooler next week and more storms predicted.
