Grrr...Keep Away

An interesting day.... we went to Doncaster to collect the granddaughters to give mum and dad a much needed break after 4 months of captivity!

We took them to Nostell Priory for a few hours...having a picnic lunch and lots of walks.

Came across this fierce looking tree stump...Jessica spotted the face first.

Meanwhile mum and dad began the task of putting their house back together...stashing all the stuff back in the loft (it was removed to allow some work to done up there), loading the car for a tip run and sorting through millions of toys to tidy them up.

We have the girls back here for a sleepover, although youngest is letting us know she doesn’t want to sleep (!). Mum and dad have taken the opportunity to go out alone for a meal...walking so they can both have a drink!

We did spend a while in the garden playing football, blowing bubbles and filling up all the bird feeders.
