It was another busy day after an evening celebrating my daughter and her fiancé getting permanent residents visas so we were all feeling a bit delicate. A couple of cups of coffee and we were good to go.
Into the city for the start of the great wedding dress hunt- more glitter, tulle and lace but good fun. One shop were so 'up' themselves that they wanted 20 dollars just to try a dress on! Options narrowed so it was off for lunch, a table with a view of Queen street and all it's street performers and 'interesting fashions' (I think a lot of people in Brisbane don't own mirrors) More shopping, more coffee then back home. My daughter had a rest so I sat out in the shade/breeze on our balcony reading and watching the world go by. This is Bob one of my daughter's two cats, he joined me for a while, getting excited by passing birds but generally content to observe.
