Socked in

Walked up the hill this morning to find this foggy view. Humidity was 85%, but it was thankfully a bit cooler than the last while. 

This afternoon W. and I drove to the dealership so he could sign the car paperwork, and then on to his office. I stayed there a couple hours doing some very enjoyable background research while W. visited a few sites in the Tysons area that are being redeveloped. No one else was about. We also took his bike to REI for repairs. Drove back west toward a beautiful sky, gold and apricot sunset streaks and mighty thunderheads. More rain expected tomorrow and hopefully a birthday pie. :)  Extra: blooming crepe myrtles.
