Let It Rain (PLEASE!)

I keep saying that I am going to stop whining about the weather, so I apologize up front.

ARRRRGH!. Thanks, that was cathartic.

The numbers really speak for themselves. Every part of Arizona is in either moderate or severe drought. I am not sure which is worse, the lack of rain or the oppressive, humid temperatures. A ‘decent’ monsoon would produce around 6 inches of rain by 30 September.
