A Rest Stop

Dear Diary,

There seems to be a lot more dragonflies this year.  Yesterday, around dusk, my dooryard was full of them weaving back and forth on the hunt.  Today, this one has found a nice place to rest its wings so we can enjoy its beautiful transparent wings.  I think it may be a meadow hawk variety but I'm not sure.  I am just happy they are here!
