I came across a recipe for Soda Bread so thought I'd have a go at making it and this is the result.    After I'd taken this picture I did taste it and quite scrummy it is too, probably better suited to accompanying hot, wholesome soups!!.
Another hot day so I've spent time pottering in the garden, dead heading and enjoyed some time in my cabin playing around with fabrics and using my sewing machine.    Also some time by the river, which is where I'm off to now to enjoy a nice cold drink and watch the water world go by.
