Twists and turns

These tree trunks reminded me of the twists and turns in life, and how we need to be adaptable.

One of my Dunedin book club friends died of ovarian cancer during our Covid-19 lockdown, and today there was a celebration of her life in Dunedin. I didn’t travel down, for various reasons, but I could sit in Wanaka (300km away) and watch the service live. It was special to take the time out and be part of the celebration. It was beautiful.
Technology can be wonderful in such changing times.
