The opening night of Perth Festival coincided with the 100th anniversary of the University of Western Australia.
A huge celebration of light and shadows,trees and buildings canvases for imagery, fire twirlers and giant puppets, music and thousands of revelers.

On the outside terrace at the Uni Club, a long metal bar and 'kitchen' was patched with pink, purple and blue lights and shadows.

Reminded me of the lyric, 'you'll always find him in the kitchen at parties.'
