Rainbow Restaurant

Today was the 30th Birthday of Child No. 1.  We weren't able to see him, as he is working in London, but we could catch up.  We reflected on, as we do every year, the fact that it was very hot in August 1990; particularly in Bristol.

We went out on our own for a celebratory meal; partly paid for by Rishi Sunak as part of "Eat Out to Help Out".  We went, for the first time, to the West Berkshire Brewery Kitchen, which was surprising busy.

It was very wet to start with, but we did have the bonus of seeing a lovely rainbow from our table out (under cover) in the garden.
