My son No.1, and wife, are visiting family for a few days and will pop in again before they go home. I had an appointment for a routine blood test at my nearby health centre and my son took me. He wasn't allowed in so waited in the car. I wore a mask and gloves, had a muffled conversation through the intercom, then the door opened slightly and a hand shot out holding a thermometer.   Then Into the waiting room to stand on a little yellow circle until I was called. Only  3 of us waiting, not the usual queue. A bizarre experience but I did feel safe.
