New home?

Hesitated about posting this in case I jinx it but hell, one of my followers (select group) has seen this pic already. We saw this house in the morning and offered in the afternoon.  It’s a grade II listed cottage on the left beautifully restored by the owners, architects who have built the two building extension on the right.  From the details I thought they were outbuildings but they are totally new build and totally beautifully done.  A lot of work to do to get it all financed out of letting the London house but we’ve got good people pushing through for us.  In a hilarious coincidence both boys offered on new houses today as well.  R in Whistable (film people can kind of live anywhere) and B on a new build flat in Stratford East by the Olympic park.
