Long overdue

When three weeks ago the WI Camera Group visited our local station we were horrified at how dilapidated the station was. It was so bad that we were taking photos of the rust! So we were delighted when we discovered that Network Rail have decided to renovate the pretty listed station building and bridge. They must have heard our comments! Now there is a huge scaffolding structure over the station building and an automatic ticket machine in the car park. The work is expected to take sixth months. We will have to organise a return visit for the Camera Group.
