Cinnamon Rolls

Yes, I know we usually bake on a Wednesday... we’re a day early this week.

This one was a bit more complicated than the usual cakes and, with all the resting periods, it took much longer. However, we are pleased with the results and L shared them with my parents who popped over this afternoon for a cuppa.

Teaching a 4 year old about how to knead dough is funny... L has no strength in her little arms yet so it was a real joint effort. To be fair, I had forgotten how much effort it needed!

My parents and L played boules in the garden... L was encouraging them to do a victory dance when they won a round. Very funny!
