Burnet Moth

We had a walk and a picnic around Shorne Woods Country Park today and the place was teeming with flying insects - mainly dragonflies, but we also saw this beautiful burnet moth (which we had to identify when we got home - can't decide if it is a 5 or 6 spotted one).

We also picked up a little plastic Boules set which L enjoyed learning a bit about in the garden later this afternoon.
