Wax On, Wax Off

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellows,

Sadly, I did not meet this dog. Caro met this dog and sent me a picture. 

His name is Mr. Miyagi and he is a Japanese Spitz who lives at the salon where Caro gets her... um.... 

I'm sorry. I can't remember what she has done there. I'm going to say "eyelashes" but really, it could be anything.

The other thing that happened today was that some tradies came around to affix the roll-bars to our fence. These will theoretically stop Punky from leaping the fence because the thing he will land on ROTATES. 

They are not things of beauty, but it is nice to be able to let the Ninja Cat out there and not have to worry about him. 

Before she left to have her lashes done, Caro used those exact words to the tradies, to explain this was why we needed them. 

This was because they were looking at Jasper and suggesting to each other that they weren't sure he would be able to leap the fence even without roll-bars.

Harsh. But true. 

Amusingly, when Punky came to peer at them doing their work later in the day, they pointed him out to each other. 

"It's NINJA-CAT!!" they said in unison. 

I could tell he was proud.
