Borderland

This quite small area between our drive and our neighbours front garden has never looked like this.

Many many years ago - before we lived here - we were visited by a friend and her daughter one summer and gave the little girl a challenge. Find the one flower in our garden. After a good search (it was a small flower) she found it.

We have come a long was since then. As has the little girl - now a Mum with three children of her own.
