Intake Ridge

Another excellent day today coaching how to teach movement on steep ground - which we did by moving on some rather excellent steep rock in the really beautiful Borrowdale valley.
As a bonus we found a fun and enjoyable way off Bessy Boot that whilst permitted was clearly seldom travelled, felt like a secret lost gem of a way through some implausible terrain.
