Bookham Common

High summer has come to Bookham Common and most of the vegetation has lost its vibrant spring green and settled down to a heavy dark green. So this bright lemon yellow plant stood out in the sunshine. I think it could be fennel but am open to suggestions. I had a lovely solitary walk down some of the smaller paths on the Common and it was very peaceful.
