Yes! This is a repeat of my profile picture and blip name.
So happy to have arrived safely in Seydisfjodor Iceland. Sunny and a bit misty. We drove over the pass, to be welcomed by one of the clearest views of Iceland I’ve ever seen. Headed down to Egilsstadir for provisions, then headed to our favourite campsite Atlavik on the Flotsadalur lake. Busy, but found a good place. Too late to go and climb Snaefell, but not far away Höttur 1106m was calling out. Beautiful conditions, no path, very steep scree, snow fields, crags. Exhausting but fantastic decent.
