Notes: Up later than I wanted again and went for a jog/walk 2 miles. Saw this tree with the bright red sprig coming out the middle. Went to Walmart mid-morning to get a bday card for Al. Feeling pretty awful again and just wanted to be by myself. Trish was supp to come up but got delayed and I just said I wasn't in a social place. Quiet day in, read and streamed some shows. Made a burger w/ sweet potato fries for dinner.
