Sanctuary Mountain

Maungatautari predatory free bird enclosure.
We spent a few hours wandering around Maungatautari pest free sanctuary. You need medium fitness as the sanctuary is on the side of a mountain. The weather was nice and the birds were plentiful. The main image is a Kaka sitting on a feeding station.  It allowed me to get quite close. There is a unique lookout which gives great views of the tree canopy. (see extras)
