Steven dropped Alfie and Charlie off this morning on his way to the supermarket.    Charlie stayed all day whilst Alfie went home at lunchtime to do another shift harvesting.    This will be the third 12 hours shift  in three days but the farmers need to get the crops all cut and the grain in the barns whilst the weather is good.
Whereas Charlie and I have had a lovely relaxing day, sitting by the river and later this afternoon he laid in my cabin whilst I made another two masks, you can never have too many!!    
It's been a more comfortable 29 degrees today and a slight breeze making it more bearable.
