Physio in the garden.

Alison giving Ali physio in our garden in the shade of a tree. It’s been hot, hot, hot! The hottest day of the year so far and unbareabley hot to wear masks. Heathrow, which is just down the road from us recorded temperatures of 37 degrees. I now need to continue with more daily exercises to get the correct mobility in that leg.

After yesterday with the grandkids and my little tour round the garden telling Franky names of some of the plants, I was pleased to get this text from Jodie today - at least he took some of it on board, and perhaps I need to improve on my pronouncing skills!
