Earl Of Angus

He is pointing to the surrounding hills and he is in a very picturesque location in the village of Douglas.   it is actually a monument to the Cameronians Regiment - he was their first Colonel and led them for just 3 years until he was killed at Flanders.

Just a quick nota on yesterday's dots.   Talpa correctly identified them as red stickers for 'spotting' 35mm slides/transparencies.   Spotting them correctly (in the bottom left hand corner) was absolutely vital in order that they would be projected the right way up.
