Our Final Day!

The host of the airbnb farmhouse very kindly let us stay till we needed to head to the ferry.....usually check out is around 11 am, and our ferry wasn't leaving till 4pm....so it afforded us a much more leisurely morning!   We then took a bike ride up the road, to the lighthouse....wondered about there for a bit then continued on.   It was a rather ambitious bike ride...almost 2 hours round trip....and during the hottest part of the day!   we were quite knackered when we got home!  

The ferry ride was easy and then our drive home to Baddeck.   We had dinner at an Inn in Baddeck where i got to have some Indian food.   This Inn was bought a few years ago by an Indian family and they have started adding delicious curries to their menu!  i'm a happy woman!

Home sweet home....and Barb and Richard welcomed us, so did Chance of course.  

What a fabulous trip we had!
